Ingwaz has no reversed meaning — completion is assured. The seed will sprout when conditions are right, not when the gardener insists.

Past: a project finally finished. Present: a quiet, fertile pause. Future: a completion that brings peace. Cannot reverse — the kernel always holds. Pairs warmly with Berkano, Jera and Othala.

Named for Ing, an early god of fertility and peace, ancestor of the Ingvaeones (Anglo-Saxon root tribe). His rune is shaped like a sealed parcel — a thing wrapped, ripening, soon to open.
