Temperance

An angel pours liquid between two cups without spilling a drop. Temperance is the alchemist’s patience — the ability to combine ingredients at the right ratio, the right temperature, the right pace, so that the third thing emerges. The card is the antidote to extremes.

Excess, impatience, mixing wrong ingredients, burnout from trying to do all of it at once.
