Astrolog is free for charts, calculations, and horoscopes. Only three products are paid. This policy explains when they are refundable and when they are not.
1. AI Consult — $9
Refundable within 24 hours of purchase as long as the AI response has not yet been generated. Once the AI has produced the output, the inference cost has been incurred and the purchase is non-refundable.
2. Premium Report — $5
The Premium Report is delivered instantly (PDF generated at checkout). For that reason it is non-refundable once generated. If generation fails due to a technical error on our side, we regenerate at no cost or issue a refund.
3. Bundle — $12
Pro-rata refund within 24 hours as long as neither of the two components (AI Consult, Premium Report) has been used. If one has been consumed, it is billed at its standalone price and the remainder, if any, is refunded.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the purchase ID, date, and reason. We process requests within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions and disputes
We reserve the right to decline refunds for fraudulent or abusive use. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, your account may be suspended. Under EU law, by starting immediate use of the digital product you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for the portion already consumed.
