How do cosmic credits work?
Cosmic credits are used to unlock AI-powered readings, transit forecasts, and personalized insights. New accounts start with free credits to try Astrolog, and you can purchase additional credit packs from the Credit Store.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Astrolog, or from your account page on the web. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How accurate is the AI astrology?
Astrolog uses advanced AI models combined with real astronomical data to provide personalized astrological interpretations. While our readings are crafted for entertainment and personal reflection, they should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days. You can also email us at [email protected] to request data deletion.
Is my birth data safe?
Yes. Your birth data is stored securely and is only used for astrological calculations. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
